Shipping policy

Shipping:

We ship our domestic parcels exclusively with DHL and DHL Express. Insured shipping with DHL takes place within 2-5 working days after receipt of payment, deliveries to packing stations and parcel stores are also possible. Shipping with DHL Express takes place on the next working day, as long as the order was placed by 3 pm the day before. Express orders from the weekend are processed on mondays. Deliveries to packing stations and parcel stores are also possible here.

Return Policy:
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt using the shipping service of your choice. The goods must be perfect and undamaged in their original condition, including the hang tags and labels. When returning a product, please always put the delivery note in the package. At this point, we would like to point out that we do not accept duty-unpaid returns from outside the EU and will automatically return them to the sender. The return shipment is always at your own expense, please always use the following address for this purpose:

To simplify your return from Germany, you can access DHL online franking here. Simply select the size of your package and enter your sender address. Our recipient address is already stored and your return slip will be created automatically.

We would like to ask you to handle the products responsibly and to send them back to us carefully and considerately in the event of a return. If the goods show stains or other damage when you return them, we unfortunately cannot take them back and have to send them back to you.

In the case of a personal return, the goods must be handed over to us in the original packaging including the delivery note. After proper verification, the refund will be made via the originally selected payment method.
