Cancellation policy for consumers
Consumers have a right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his trade, business or profession.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (by Aylin Koenig GmbH, Johannes-Brahms-Platz 9, 20355 Hamburg, E-Mail: shop@aylinkoenig.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement sent by e-mail or post. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Return policy
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt using the shipping service of your choice. The goods must be in perfect and undamaged original condition including hangtags and labels. Please always include the delivery bill in the package when returning goods. An additional online registration of your return is not necessary. Please note that the removal of the security label obliges you to purchase.
We would like to take this opportunity to point out that we will not accept duty unpaid returns from outside the EU and will automatically return them to the sender. The return shipment is always at your own expense, please always use the following address:

We would like to ask you to handle the products responsibly and to return them to us with care and consideration. If the goods are stained or otherwise damaged upon return, we will unfortunately not be able to accept them and will have to send them back.

Even if you return the goods in person, they must be handed over to us in their original packaging, including the delivery bill. After proper verification, the refund will be made via the originally selected payment method.

Return portal
It is particularly important to us to use existing resources carefully and responsibly.Even though returns are generally subject to a charge, we have linked our returns portal here and would ask you to state the reason for the return. This enables us to incorporate customer needs and wishes into product development in an even more targeted manner and at the same time make a sustainable contribution to our environment.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over goods that can be sent by parcel post to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
