Aylin is the heart of our brand – quite literally. With her vision and distinctive aesthetic, she shapes our brand and design identity. Fun fact: she personally manages our Instagram account.

Even though Aylin’s office (and mind) can sometimes be a small, creative whirlwind, she never loses sight of her goals. She strikes the perfect balance between head and heart, creating a beautiful (work) atmosphere.

A founder who not only loves fashion but also shares her love for life with her team, Aylin's infectious personality constantly brings fun and unforgettable moments to the table.

BEA

As Production and Design Manager, Bea delves into the deepest fashion archives, always on the hunt for the coolest ideas, design elements, and colors for our new collections. Together with her team, she brings these ideas to life.

Bea is a warm and communicative person. Her open and empathetic nature makes everyone feel welcome and well cared for in her presence.

CHIARA

Chiara primarily supports the buying team with her keen sense of trends and her knack for numbers, handling recaps, research, orders, and invoices.

Chiara is a rock of stability! With her calm and considerate manner, she effortlessly tackles every task and challenge in the design and purchasing areas. Thanks to her impeccable fashion sense, it’s no surprise that she’s the namesake of our bestseller, the CHIARA sweater.

JULIA

As our designer, Julia is a creative and visual individual whose sense of aesthetics and design makes her a valuable part of the design and production team.

Julia is our Healthy Snack Queen, ensuring we’re always stocked with all the superfoods. With her incredibly positive energy and warm personality, Julia is a true asset to our entire office team.

LISA

Lisa is an essential part of our development and production team as a Design Assistant. With her sense of aesthetics and keen eye for detail, she plays a key role in the creation of our high-quality collections.

Lisa has an open and warm personality. Even though her mostly black wardrobe might not immediately suggest it, she is always in a positive mood and ready to lend an ear to her team. In her free time, she enjoys baking to her heart's content, and when her thoughts aren't on fashion, she pursues her passion as a vegan lover.

LUISA

Luisa is responsible for business development in our team and brings the creative processes into an analytical framework.

With her positive and balanced nature, Luisa is a daily enrichment for the team. She never lets herself get flustered, is always solution-oriented and is a person of the heart in her dealings with those around her.

MAREN

Maren is responsible for marketing and PR within the team, managing all external communication for the brand.

Not only does Maren develop creative concepts and exciting communication strategies, but her balanced and structured approach also ensures she always keeps a cool head. With her kind and accommodating personality, she is an absolute rock, both internally and externally.

MICHELLE

Michelle is part of our team as a Marketing & E-Commerce Manager, making her a vital link in the visual and technical representation of the brand.

Michelle has a calm and balanced personality; she never loses her composure, even in stressful situations. She is a big fan of Pinterest and interior design, which gives her a keen eye for detail while always keeping the bigger picture in mind.

If our brand were a ship, Tobi would be the captain. Not only does he have a firm grip on our numbers, but he also keeps a constant eye on the overall well-being of the entire team.

Tobi is a true harmony-seeker; even in the most stressful situations, his motto is, “We’ll figure it out!”

Tobi, our one and only rooster in the henhouse, is the go-to person and the heart and soul of everything! For his office girls, he’d drop everything at a moment’s notice while always keeping administrative tasks in check.
