General Terms and Conditions of by Aylin Koenig GmbH:

The business relationship between by Aylin Koenig GmbH and the Buyer shall be governed exclusively by the following General Terms and Conditions in the version available on the Internet at the time of the order, unless they have been amended with the express consent of the Seller. Deviating terms and conditions of the buyer shall not apply even if we have not expressly objected to them.

The shipping costs and delivery conditions according to § 5 only apply to shipping within the Federal Republic of Germany. In the case of deliveries to other European countries, a quotation will be drawn up for each individual order, as shipping costs vary considerably.

§ 1 Conclusion of contract
The customer orders goods from by Aylin Koenig via online shopping on the Internet. The customer undertakes to execute the order in accordance with the terms and conditions on the website.

§ 2 Non-execution of the offer
By Aylin Koenig shall not be obliged to accept the offer or execute the order in the event of typing or calculation errors or mistakes on the website.

§ 3 Delivery
Visible damage to the packaging upon delivery must be reported immediately to the carrier (parcel service) and confirmed by the carrier. Other damage must be reported to us within 14 days of discovery or occurrence. If an item is not available but an equivalent or better quality item is available, we can provide this as a replacement at no extra cost. If you do not like a replacement item, you can return it.

§ 4 Payment
The order will be shipped after payment. The purchase price is made up of the purchase price and the shipping costs.

You can choose from the available payment methods during and before completing the order process. PayPal and the payment options offered by PayPal via direct debit, credit card or PayPal account are available. Other options are credit card payments and traditional bank transfers. We shall be liable for defects in the delivery - except in the absence of warranted characteristics or in the event of culpable breach of material contractual obligations - to the exclusion of further claims as follows:

The statutory warranty periods for new products from the transfer of risk are 24 months for private use and 12 months for commercial and/or professional use. If the product is repaired or redelivered under warranty, this shall not trigger a new start of the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, faulty assembly and installation work or faulty commissioning if we are not responsible, faulty or negligent handling or maintenance, improper use or failure to observe the installation or operating instructions and the relevant standards. In particular, the warranty does not cover the wear and tear of wearing parts. Wear parts are all rotating parts, all drive parts and tools. Warranty claims shall also lapse if modification or repair work is carried out by the purchaser or a third party without our approval.

There is the option of digitally signing the voucher from various layout templates or printing it out as a PDF and adding the code and an individual dedication by hand.

REDEEMING VOUCHERS
The voucher can be redeemed online or in the Hamburg store of by Aylin Koenig. Vouchers can be used for the entire range and can also be combined. Vouchers are valid for 3 years after purchase.

REFUND OF USED VOUCHERS

OFFSETTING THE VOUCHER AGAINST THE ITEMS
If a voucher has been used for an order, the value of the voucher will be deducted in equal parts from the number of items in the shopping cart. The amount of the respective item price has no influence on this.

REFUND FOR GIFT VOUCHERS
In the event of a complete return, the gift voucher will be recharged by Aylin Koenig and can be used again. If only individual items from the order are returned, the gift voucher will be reissued pro rata and can be reused for the next order.
