We recommend washing the PASCAL shirt cold or hand washing. Only wash in the washing bag on the cold hand wash program in the machine. Ventilation in the bathroom also works well thanks to the water vapor that is produced when you shower.

It is also important to dry the shirt lying flat and iron it at a low temperature. It is not suitable for the dryer.
