After successful years with our store on Alter Wall, we are opening our new flagship store at Eppendorfer Baum in September 2026. For this new chapter, we are looking for a dedicated individual as Assistant Store Manager who will help shape the store operationally, support our team, and act as an important interface between the store, office, and logistics.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations
- Responsibility for excellent customer service and a high-quality shopping experience
- Operational leadership and motivation of the sales team in daily business
- Ensuring an appealing merchandise presentation and smooth processes
- Close collaboration with our office team and continuous exchange with logistics
- Coordination of merchandise movements, replenishments, and warehouse processes
- Support in achieving store goals and analyzing relevant key figures
- Assistance with inventories and general administrative tasks
What you bring
- Experience in fashion retail, ideally in a leadership or deputy position
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment of working with customers
- Organizational talent and a structured, independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- Enthusiasm for fashion, design, and high-quality products
- Very good German and good English skills
