Our flat hierarchies encourage close collaboration and offer the opportunity to grow together with our Design and Production team while further developing your own skills. To support the continued growth of our brand, we are looking for a Design Assistant to join our team as soon as possible.

 

What you bring

  • BA degree in fashion design
  • first work experience
  • proven skills in sketching by hand and in Illustrator
  • advanced knowledge in the common Adobe programs
  • understanding of proportions, shapes, colors and materials 
  • conceptual and creative skills 
  • Interest and understanding of current trends and inspirations
  • Team player in a content-related and organizational context
  • fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • quick learner with a structured way of working
  • strong hands-on mentality
  • ability to work under pressure with personal responsibilities

 

Your Responsibilities

  • techpack development
  • researching and developing new concepts, trends and seasonal inspirations
  • proactive participation in design processes from research to drawings and to the final product
  • attending fittings and support in finalizing the comments
  • general support of the design and production team throughout the collection development
