Our design is characterized not only by innovative and natural materials, but also by attention to detail. The focus here is on our knitwear, which we produce exclusively in Italy. Our aim is to develop a product that has as little impact on the environment as possible.

You will be part of a small, constantly growing team with different roles and backgrounds, where everyone has specific skills and experience. Due to our flat hierarchies, you will have the chance to develop and deepen your skills together with the production and design team. We are therefore looking for a Design Assistant for the constantly growing tasks and requirements of our label.

Your qualifications

• BA degree in fashion design
• first work experience
• proven skills in sketching by hand and in Illustrator
• advanced knowledge in the common Adobe programs (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• understanding of proportions, shapes, colors and materials 
• conceptual and creative skills 
• Interest and understanding of current trends and inspirations
• Team player in a content-related and organizational context
• fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• quick learner with a structured way of working
• strong hands-on mentality
• ability to work under pressure with personal responsibilities

Your responsibilities

• techpack development
• trend analysis research
• proactive participation in design processes from research to drawings and to the final product
• attending fittings and support in finalizing the comments
• responsibilities for individual styles and product groups
• general support of the design and production team throughout the collection development
