Who we are

We are a dynamic team with a prestigious office in the heart of Hamburg's city center. We love fashion and digital media, our office serves as both a creative space and a showroom.

To drive the label's development, we are immediately seeking an International Sales Manager for our B2B sales channel. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new key accounts and building and expanding an international B2B portfolio. Several well-known and established wholesale partners from the DACH region are already part of the by Aylin Koenig network, which we would like to expand and further develop with your support.

You will be part of a small, steadily growing team with diverse roles and backgrounds, where everyone possesses specific skills and experience. Your prior experience in customer acquisition and support will help you build long-term business relationships. Furthermore, you understand the intricacies of the international fashion industry and can leverage this knowledge to your advantage.

Your responsibilities

  • Acquisition and management of international key accounts
  • Expansion and development of long-term strategic partnerships
  • active and regular customer visits
  • Independent conduct of negotiations and management of contracts
  • Monitoring and development of sales forecasts
  • Presentation of our collection in our Hamburg office as well as at customer locations
  • Networking at trade fairs and events
  • Development and implementation of international sales strategies
  • Close collaboration with the design and business development team to coordinate Sales activities and collections
  • Analysis of market trends and competitive activities to identify Growth potential
  • Creation and presentation of own reports on sales performance and growth opportunities

Your qualifications

  • Completed studies in the field of digital media, e-commerce or business administration
  • Professional experience in sales or key account management
  • Existing industry network is an advantage
  • very good language skills in German and English (spoken and written)
  • structured and analytical work style with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • safe handling of digital applications and in personal conversation
  • Enjoyment of negotiations with a strong customer focus
  • Interest in international fashion trends
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility in terms of time
