How to return an item:

1. Register your return

All returns must be registered in advance via our return portal. The portal will guide you step by step through the process.

1.1 Returns with provided shipping label

Once your return is registered, you will receive the return label by email. Return shipping costs vary by country and will be deducted from your refund. Once your return has arrived and passed inspection, the corresponding amount will be refunded to you.

For the countries listed below, we offer a DHL return label via our portal.

• Germany: 6,00 €
• Austria: 10,00 €
• Belgium, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Hungary, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia: 14,00 €
• Finland, France, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Cyprus: 16,00 €
• Italy: 20,00 €
• Ireland,Bulgaria: 24,00 €

1.2 Returns with your own shipping provider

For the following countries, we do not provide a return label: Sweden, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Malta, Portugal, Finland, Israel, Turkey, Ukraine, Norway, Iceland, Serbia, Canada, USA

After registering your return in the portal, you will receive a QR code by email.
Please print this code and enclose it with your return. Without it, we are unable to assign your return correctly.You are free to choose the shipping provider of your choice. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

2. Please note:

• Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in perfect original condition, including all labels and hangtags.
• Removed security tags are considered a binding purchase.
• For returns from outside the EU: Uncleared shipments will not be accepted and will be returned to sender automatically.
• Please treat our products with care – also when returning them. Items showing stains or signs of wear cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.

3. Refund & Exchange

3.1 Refund

Your refund will be issued once your return has been received and successfully inspected.
You can choose between two refund options in the returns portal:

• Refund to your original payment method
• Store credit as a voucher for the refund amount plus 2% bonus. (The voucher will be sent to you by email after we receive your return.)

3.2 Exchange

As long as the price of the product remains the same, you can exchange your item for a different size or color via our returns portal.
The new item will be shipped to you free of charge as soon as the original item has been returned and inspected.

3.3 Please note:

If you wish to return the exchanged item, please contact our customer support.
It is not possible to process this second return via the returns portal.

4. Personal returns in our by Aylin Koenig store in Hamburg

As our Hamburg store has been closed since May 30, 2026, please coordinate personal returns with our customer service team: support@aylinkoenig.com.

 

5. ARCHIVIST

We ship our domestic parcels exclusively with DHL. Insured shipping with DHL takes place within 2-5 working days after receipt of payment, deliveries to packing stations and parcel stores are also possible.
