Cashmere

Cashmere wool is known as one of the highest quality types of wool. It is particularly impressive in winter with its cozy warmth and elegant appearance. The soft and very fine cashmere fibers are obtained from the fur of the cashmere goat. In addition to being comfortable to wear, cashmere wool scores points for other properties that underline its exclusive character:

  • In winter, cashmere wool is particularly warm (6x better than sheep's wool), as the gaps store heat perfectly
  • Moisture is quickly absorbed and drained away – at the same time cashmere is water-repellent
  • Cashmere wool is very flexible. If it gets creased, it quickly returns to its original shape, which means that ironing is not necessary
  • At the same time, cashmere is dirt-repellent and hardly absorbs odors
  • Cashmere has very fine fibers that neither scratch nor pill
