Our permanent store in the heart of Hamburg's city center at Alten Wall 12 has become a key pillar of our label, where the shopping experience and well-being are our top priority.

For this reason, we are looking for an open-minded and reliable store manager starting in September 2025 who will provide us with significant support in the further development and long-term establishment of the store.

Your qualifications

• Completed training or academic degree with a commercial focus
• Experience as a manager in the textile retail sector
• Very good language skills in German and English
• Quick comprehension and structured working methods
• Strong hands-on mentality
• Strong awareness of conflict resolution and customer needs
• Empathy and team player

Your responsibilities

• Economic and organizational management of the store
• Monitoring sales activities in compliance with predefined KPIs
• Responsibility for the CRM area (online and offline)
• Cash management
• Personnel planning, support and motivation of the team
• Warehouse management in coordination with fulfillment
• Regular coordination with the office team on operational and strategic measures
• Development of POS campaigns and sales promotion strategies including visual merchandising
